Rumour has it Yahoo! is going to reject Microsoft’s bid. So maybe flickr is safe for a while yet. Although if Yahoo! goes down the pan – they don’t exactly have a huge number of legs left to stand on – it doesn’t help much. I’ve been checking out Picasa lately as an alternative. It has an allright iPhoto plugin in the intensely plurified Picasa Web Albums Uploaders installer, although the standalone application has more features for some reason.
